Alina Bulgakova
Since she was four, Alina Bulgakova wanted to be an attorney, specifically a litigator. Once she obtained her Criminal Justice degree from Sacramento State University, she knew her passion would be personal injury law and hasn’t wavered or changed her mind since.
She is a certified law student who negotiates settlements under Robert Carichoff’s supervision. She also assists with trials and management of the firm. Prior to law school, Alina spent several years as a paralegal and cemented her passion for personal injury law.
Alina is motivated to triumph in everything she does and it shows time and time again with the compensation she helps achieve for her clients at Triumph Law, P.C..
She is driven to help people, whether it’s through her work with MADD, Sacramento, or to assist Robert Carichoff in managing the firm. Her motto is to believe you can and you’re halfway there.
Nothing makes Alina happier than achieving the maximum compensation for Triumph clients during the pre-litigation process. That means they receive the medical care they need and settlements that compensate for treating their injuries and pain and suffering. She’s negotiated settlements of up to $500,000 outside of the court room to save time, costs, and stress!
She’s been told she has a lot of grit, meaning she doesn’t settle for anything less than what she thinks Triumph clients deserve. This means exceeding expectations to obtain the compensation clients deserve especially indigent clients who are financially affected by the accident. Alina strongly believes in retaining proper legal help since insurers tend to undervalue and take advantage of non-represented claimants.
She will graduate with her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in May 2022 and is also a certified notary with the National Notary Association. In her spare time, Alina likes hiking, traveling, true crime, and hanging with her dog and nieces and nephews.
